What these figures include and exclude
Every amount above excludes GST.
Where a range is shown, where the matter falls in that range depends on its facts: how many years are involved, how many charges, how much evidence there is, and how far the matter runs.
The amounts are the firm's professional fees. Disbursements are separate, and include court filing fees, counsel's fees, expert fees and search fees.
You are given a fixed fee quote for an agreed scope of work, in writing, before that work starts. If the facts change and the work changes with them, the firm agrees a revised scope and price with you rather than billing past the quote.
A costs agreement and a costs disclosure are provided before the firm acts.
This page is general information. It is not a quote and it is not a costs disclosure.
