New clients
After we have met you and agreed to act, we will email you a private link to your onboarding: your details, your costs agreement to sign, the documents for your matter and the amount required on trust. You will not be asked for any of it before we have spoken, and we do not accept instructions or money from a form alone.
Existing clients
Signing in shows you where your matter is up to, documents from us ready to download, and any notice needing your attention. We will never ask you for your password, and nobody at the firm can see it.
