We want you to be happy with our service. If something is wrong, please tell us first, so we can try to put it right.

Email contact@taxlawyers.com.au, call 1300 764 050, write to PO Box 209, West Perth WA 6872, or visit 6 Preston Street, Como WA 6152. Please tell us what happened and what you would like us to do about it. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond within a reasonable time.

If your complaint is about privacy

If your complaint is about how we handled your personal information and you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner on 1300 363 992 or at oaic.gov.au. Our privacy policy sets out how we handle personal information.

If your complaint is about our legal services or our costs

We are a law practice regulated under the Legal Profession Uniform Law (WA). If we cannot resolve your complaint, you can take it to the Legal Practice Board of Western Australia on (08) 6211 3600 or at lpbwa.org.au, Level 6, 111 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000. The Legal Services and Complaints Committee deals with complaints about legal practitioners, and complaints are made through the Legal Practice Board’s published complaints page.

Raising a complaint with us first does not take away your right to go to the regulator, and it does not affect how we act for you.
