Thomas has legal and taxation experience from Germany and Australia. Thomas is one of the few lawyers in Australia with admission to the German and Australian courts. He has worked with a Big 4 Accounting firm and tax law practices before joining Brett Davies Lawyers. His practical experience is supported by a Master in Taxation and lecturing part-time in taxation at University.

Thomas is a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
