Nick is a commercial litigation specialist.  He has approximately 8 years post admission legal experience in private practice, government and a number of Australia’s leading companies. He  has appeared in all major jurisdictions including Magistrates, District, Supreme and Federal Courts.  He also has extensive experience at the State and Administrative Appeal Tribunals. 

Whether it be pursuing a debtor, resolving complex commercial disputes or defending yourself or your company in litigation that has been commenced, Nick is the person to talk to. 

Nick is of the view that “If there is a potential problem of issue the sooner it is addressed the better.  Acting precipitously can often negate expensive and protracted litigation down the track. Early resolution of disputes is front and centre”.
