We try and make lawyer jokes obsolete by:
only accepting instructions via your Accountant, Adviser or Lawyer. We are not able to service your taxation needs unless you are supported by the above.
giving you a fixed quote where ever possible. We seek to let you and your advisers know up front, in writing, all costs before we proceed.
leaving out the gobbledegook. We talk and write in everyday language. We put our money where our mouth is. For many of our documents, if you, or your adviser, can not understand any part of the document - even after we have explained it - we do not expect you to pay for that document.
giving out our direct lines so that you don't have to go through "protective" secretaries.
having lawyers at your service 24 hours a day to answer your and your adviser's needs.
